Books: The library has an Arabic and English books collection classified according to Dewey Decimal Classification System. The subject coverage includes general knowledge, information technology, economics, commerce, law, accounting, banking, finance, management and tourism.  

References: Includes dictionaries, encyclopedias, handbooks, fact books, local laws, who’s who, etc.  

Directories: Arranged alphabetically according to country from A to Z (An index-guide is available at the information desk). Provide information on trade opportunities, company addresses, exporters and importers for over 125 countries.  

Statistics: Provide information on demography, foreign trade, statistical information for the United Arab Emirates, GCC countries and other Arab countries. This section also provides statistics from the United Nations bodies on trade and related subjects such as food, labour, etc.  

Magazines & Newspapers: The library receives more than 1000 titles in both Arabic and English, covering a variety of subjects. Foreign newspapers in English and Arabic are available in addition to the local newspapers also in English and Arabic languages.

Multimedia Collection: Provides a selection of videocassettes, compact discs, and cassette tapes. An Internet facility is also provided. The multimedia room is equipped with TV and VHS players with earphones.

Investment and Country files: Provides information on investment policies and background information for over 125 countries (please refer to directories section).  

  Special collection: A special collection is dedicated to Dubai and the United Arab Emirates in general.  

Tourism Files: There are brochures, maps, and pamphlets from over 78 countries, arranged by country in alphabetical order.
